All library events are free and open to the public. Some events require registration - check the calendar listing for registration information.

Event cancellations and changes sometimes happen -  check the 
calendarFacebook or Twitter pages, or call the library for any last minute program news. 

Weather Cancellations

If local schools close due to weather, morning children’s events that day are cancelled; call the host library for the status of afternoon or evening events. Information may also appear on our social media outlets and in the calendar.

  1. Superhero Olympics Pop-in Party

    Best for ages 6-11. Calling all superheroes! Leap tall buildings, "battle" villains, and explore other superheroic activities, snacks and crafts based on popular superheroes.

  2. Volunteer Computer Aide

    The aide will be able to help you with questions about navigating the web, printing, documents, email, formatting a resume and more.

  3. Spotlight Storytime - Buzzin' Around with Beekeeper Jay Scherer

    All ages welcome. Join local notables for stories and fun for kids and families.

  4. Library Explorers Play Lab

The Legacy Fund

Some of our events are funded by the 
Minnesota Legacy Amendment Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.

This fund helps provide literacy, Minnesota history, visual, performing and media arts, and cultural programs to libraries and other community institutions working with local arts and culture organizations, historical societies, and artists.
