The County Attorney’s Office prosecutes felonies, gross misdemeanors and misdemeanors occurring in Scott County. The County Attorney’s Office also serves as the legal advisor for the Scott County Board of Commissioners and other County officials. The County Attorney’s Office represents Scott County in all civil litigation in which Scott County is involved.
