Fingerprinting Services

General Public Fingerprinting

The Sheriff’s Office provides fingerprinting services for adoptions, job applications, identification, immigration, medical or teaching license requirements, and any other reason. Fingerprinting is done electronically. Ink fingerprinting is available upon request. 

All fingerprinting is done BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, NO WALK-INS ALLOWED.  Time slots are limited, so be certain to schedule your appointment as soon as possible. 

General Fingerprinting (NOT COURT-ORDERED)

PLEASE NOTE:  If you have a letter from courts directing you to get fingerprinted for booking and identification, please do not schedule your appointment on the General Fingerprinting schedule.  Schedule your appointment on the Court Ordered Fingerprinting schedule.  (please scroll down) 

Hours:

2nd Thursday of each month: 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
4th Saturday* of each month:  9:00 am - 12:00 pm

*Saturday sessions will not be held on holiday weekends.

Cost:

$20 for 2 cards
Exact amount of cash is required, check or money order.  Credit cards are not accepted at this time.

Required:

Person being fingerprinted must present valid state-issued photo identification.  


Court-Ordered Fingerprinting

Fingerprinting is available for residents with an  official letter for fingerprinting, booking order, suspense notification or other request for booking from courts or probation.
