Scott County Public Health's mobile clinic  is a free medical clinic for uninsured and under-insured Scott County residents. 

COVID-19 Status Update - 8/12/20 8:30 AM

At this time, the following services have been impacted by the COVID-19 Crisis and subsequent closures:

  • Immunization Clinic - APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call 952-496-8555
  • Walk-in Clinic (Tues/Thurs) - APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call 952-496-8555
  • Mobile Clinic: CLOSED. If you are a mobile clinic patient and need to talk with the nurse/doctor, call (612) 618-3832 between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Mon thru Fri.

The Mobile Health Clinic offers:

  • Walk-in appointments only
  • Health screenings for chronic disease and short-term illness
  • Health information and assistance with connecting to ongoing health care 
  • Assistance connecting with other local resources.

Scott County Public Health and Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community Partnership

The Scott County Mobile Health Clinic is made possible by a partnership between Scott County Public Health and the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC).  Scott County Public Health provides all the medical and nursing services for the clinic.  The SMSC provides the Mobile Health Unit.  Public Health’s partnership with SMSC enables the clinic to be brought directly to those in need by traveling to various locations within Scott County every two to three weeks.
