Booking a Ride

It's very simple. Give our Customer Service agent a call Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM at 952-496-8341. They will talk with you and see where you want to go. They will see what is available and if it works for you. Reservations are accepted based on availability during the requested pick-up time period and the destination. Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance. 


If you need to cancel a ride, please call us at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled ride time to avoid a no show. A message can be left 24 hours a day.
