This is a shared-ride transit service, available only when you call for a reservation. You may ride with someone you already know, and it's a great opportunity to make new friends. By request, the driver can assist you to/from the outside door of your home to the first door of your destination. The driver cannot stay with or supervise any passenger before, during, or after their trip. Special needs passengers may require a personal care attendant to assist them. All buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts.

Saturday and Sunday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Book a Ride
Booking a ride is very simple. Give our Customer Service agent a call at 952-496-8341. They will talk with you and see where you want to go. They will see what is available and if it works for you. Reservations are accepted based on availability during the requested pick-up time period and the destination. Reservations can be made up to seven calendar days in advance.
Understanding The 30-Minute Pick-up Window
In order to accommodate the maximum trip requests from all passengers, Transit Link buses operate within a 30-minute window. For example if you have a scheduled pickup time at 8 a.m. the bus can arrive anytime between 8 and 8:30 a.m.
Drivers work hard to arrive at your requested time, but traffic, driving conditions, and no-shows are out of their control. Please do not call the Customer Service line until the bus is more than 15 minutes late.
Cancel a Ride
Because of the high demand for Transit Link services, rides that are not taken must be cancelled if you are planning on not going. We want to make sure that the space that you were going to take up would be free for someone else to go.
Remember: when calling in to cancel that it must be done prior to one hour before your scheduled pick-up time or it will be considered a no-show. Four no-shows could result in suspension of rides for you. To cancel a ride call 952-496-8341 extension 1. Messages can be left 24 hours a day.
