  • Law Help Minnesota: Assists low income Minnesotans with their legal issues (part of the Minnesota Legal Services Coalition).
  • Legal Forms Library: The forms cover hundreds of legal issues and include several Minnesota forms plus real state, business, and personal forms. You will need to sign on to this resource with your Scott County Library card and PIN.
  • Minnesota Court Case Records: Public access data from the Minnesota Court Information System.
  • Minnesota Court Forms: Free form packets (including many relating to family court) available for many legal actions through the Minnesota Judicial Branch.
  • Minnesota Courts Self-Help Center: A site designed for people who are representing themselves when going to court in Minnesota, including court forms. Información en Español.
  • Minnesota First Judicial District: Includes Scott County Court Administration information.
  • Minnesota Law: Minnesota Statutes, Session Laws, and Rules from the Office of the Revisor of Statutes at the Minnesota Legislature.
  • Uniform Conveyancing Blanks: Quit claim deeds, mechanic's lien, warranty deeds, and more are available.
