Zenitra Forester is charged with kidnapping an eight-month-old child during a supervised visit. Forester was at a scheduled visitation supervised by Scott County Health and Human Services when she took the child and ran out of the building. Forester was apprehended in Wisconsin within 36 hours of absconding with the child. Forester is now scheduled for an omnibus hearing January 26, 2023.
